After more than a decade as a Project Engineer and a Safety Consultant, Genevieve took the courage to change and go there where her passion really lies; inspiring, coaching and teaching people and creating that collaboration culture she and the world desperately needs. Genevieve is now a Coach and Scrum Master at iLean.
Genevieve’s mission is to create an environments and cultures where people feel safe, seen, heard and respected, so that they take on every chance to be, to grow, to shine and to inspire others to do the same.
